How to book an apartment rental ?
1. Make an availability search through the blue box on the right side of the website by inserting your arrival date and the length of your stay then from the list of available apartments press the Book online now button.

2. Towels linen and hotel slippers are provided.
Towels and bed linen are included for all apartments and all tenants also single use hotel slippers are provided. Linen and towels are washed with ecological products made by Sonett and they have Ecogarantie label certificate.
3. Cleaning is done with Nordic Ecolabel products
Our cleaning company uses Nordic ecolabelled products (Products carrying the Nordic Ecolabel meet extremely high environmental and often climate requirements. A life-cycle perspective of the product is analysed, i.e., the product’s impact on the environment from raw material/source to waste. Criteria
is also set with regard to quality, health aspects and performance/functionality.)
Apartment renting made easy.
Here is how you get the keys to the apartment you booked.
A. You know your arrival details (flight nr, ferry arrival) and you have ordered a transfer to the apartment ( costs 20 EUR for 4 people and 30 EUR for 6 people )
- then you will receive the keys with all the necessary instructions with your transfer to the apartment
B. You don’t know your arrival time but it is during office working times Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30
- you can receive the keys and the instructions from our office which is located on Aia 3 in Tallinn (on the 3rd floor of WW PASSAŽ shopping centre)
C. Your arrival is at time when our office is closed or you don’t know the arrival time:
- you will receive the keys from hotel Bern reception located on Aia 10 in Tallinn. Additional charge of 3 EUR applies
D. Meet and greet when our employee meets you at the apartment with the keys and all the necessary instructions and shows the apartment. The price of this option is 35 EUR.
Baby cots, extra beds and children .
Children stay free if they use existing beds (up to 2 children per booking)
We can provide a baby cot with blanket, pillow and linen costs 5 EUR per day. Choose this while booking your apartment from the additional services list or later through e-mail
I would like to know the exact address with the apartment number ?
The exact address with the apartment number will be written on your booking confirmation after your booking is confirmed.
What kind of payments do you accept and are those payments secure?
You can pay with bank transfer (IBAN transfers ) or with different credit cards through the most secure payment option PayPal (you don’t need to have a PayPal account you can also pay directly with credit card). The payment options and are shown in the last steps of the booking.
What happens next when I have paid ?
For all of apartments you will receive an automatic confirmation to your e-mail after you have made the booking. The e-mails come from the booking system lodgix so if you haven’t received the confirmation please check in your spam . On the confirmation you will have the exact address telephone number and arrival details and property specific information (like entry codes, WiFi password etc) .
What is your payment and refund policy ?
Our standard payment policy is 30% non-refundable payment during the booking and the rest 70% is paid 2 days before arrival . For very high demand periods we may require full payment 30 days before arrival (those periods can be found below )

Early check-in and late check-out policy
The usual check in and check out times are displayed during the booking process but if the apartment remains available then we allow early check-in or late check out but it has to be confirmed on the day of the arrival or departure. If you want a check out time after 17:00 then 50% of the apartments daily rate will be charged.
Late arrival ? No problem !
You can order a car transfer and the driver will bring you the keys, or you can get the keys from hotel Bern reception located on Aia 10 in Tallinn. (Additional charge of 3 EUR applies)
Need an Estonian visa ? No problem!
You can use the booking confirmation which is accepted in the Estonian embassy as a proof that you have made your accommodation arrangements.

Persons who need to apply for a visa to enter Estonia ( Schengen territory) should consider that:
the passport must be valid at least three months after the expiration of the requested visa period
the passport must be issued within the previous 10 years
the passport must contain at least two blank pages
persons 15 years and older must possess their own travel document with photo
children 7 to 15 years of age, if entered into a parent’s passport, must have his/her photo in the parents’ passport. Children under the age of 7, if entered into a parent’s passport, need not have a photo in the parent’s passport.
